Life in the World of Bottle Corks is already wild—but for Tiny Jim (TJ for short), things are about to get galactically out of control. One minute, he’s failing a surprise quiz at Corkorer School, and the next, he’s staring at a mysterious skinny creature hiding behind the playground bushes.
When TJ discovers a glowing portal and leaps through it (because of course he does), he lands on Uranus—a chaotic world of lava, bizarre creatures, exploding microwaves, and a chubby duck who instantly becomes his new pet. Armed with nothing but a go-kart, a backpack full of nonsense, and his own questionable bravery, TJ battles fire-throwing monsters, drills through obsidian, and follows a trail of red slime straight into the unknown.
Just when things couldn’t get any stranger, TJ meets Zorks—a skinny alien with big ideas and even bigger tools. Together, they turbocharge a go-kart, break open a portal, feast on galactic snacks, and compete in the most dangerous sport in the universe: galactic ball.
Now, TJ has a new friend, a hover car, a missing tooth, and a story no cork at school will ever believe.
